Sheet Metal Fabrication

2,000-Ton Stamping & Precision Bending

Our sheet metal fabrication covers stamping sheet metal and bent sheet metal processes.

Stamping sheet metal is applied to hardware components with curved surfaces, double curved surfaces and polyhedral structures. Typical products manufactured via this process include automotive door panels, engine hoods, vehicle chassis and other auto parts.

Bent sheet metal caters to parts featuring flat planes, single curved surfaces, single-curve multi-surfaces and continuous bending profiles. We adopt laser cutting and punching first, followed by bending machine processing to produce sheet metal prototypes and finished products by converting clients’ 3D drawings into 2D machining data.

Equipped with 2,000-ton stamping presses, we provide stamping forming for large-sized components such as new energy vehicle exterior panels, EV battery packs and energy storage equipment housings.

We focus on prototype and test vehicle parts for the early-stage automotive R&D, supporting component performance certification. Our continuous mass stamping technology is also applied to mass-produced parts for photovoltaics, home appliances and mobile phones.

Stamping forming is a well-established manufacturing process. Presses of varying tonnages are selected based on the dimensions of metal hardware components.

Prototype stamping and hydroforming deliver low daily output. For hardware parts with mass demand exceeding one million units, progressive stamping dies are adopted, with a single production batch output surpassing 100,000 pieces.
